Ingredients:
Marination:
- 600g to 800g boneless chicken
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masal
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
Gravy:
- 2 Table spoon butter/ ghee
- 1 cup tomatoes sauce ( 400 g to 500g tomatoes fry it then grind it)
- salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 to 2 green chilies
- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder ( paprika foe less spicy)
cooking the chicken:
- 4 tablespoons butter/ ghee
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- fenugreek leaves ( optional )
- 1 cup heavy cream
