Ingredients:
Marination:
600g to 800g boneless chicken
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masal
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
Gravy:
2 Table spoon butter/ ghee
1 cup tomatoes sauce ( 400 g to 500g tomatoes fry it then grind it)
salt to taste
1 tablespoon sugar
1 to 2 green chilies
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon chili powder ( paprika foe less spicy)

1 1/2 glasses sugar ( 215g)
pinch of salt
1 glass oil (150ml)
1 glass orange juice (150ml)
3/4 glass heavy cream (112.5 ml)
7.5 g orange flower flavor sugar ( you can use orange zest instead)
2 glasses fine semolina (220g)
2 glasses all purpose flour (160g)
14 g baking powder
Home made custard
2 eggs yolk
1/4 glass sugar (40g)
4 g vanilla flavored sugar (you can use vanilla extract instead)
1 glass milk (150ml)
1/8 glass corn starch (20 g)
20 ml heavy cream ( optional)

I am using 150 ml glasses for measuring other ingredients
